Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. – Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements and best practices.
2. – Create standard engineering and production work procedures and instructions.
3. – Plan process workflows and analyse production data and trends to improve manufacturing efficiency.
4. – Provide support in production to ensure production operations run smoothly and customer requirements are met.
5. – Investigate non-conformance root cause and suggest corrective action.
6. – Provide coaching and training to machinists on work procedures and instructions.
7. – Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. – Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline.
2. – Ability to interpret BOM & technical drawings.
3. – Good knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
4. – Good knowledge of relevant Product, Technical Standards and Codes.
5. – Strong investigation and problem solving skills.
